Facilities Management - Institutional & Commercial

Kharafi National (FM-I&C) operations integrate all the functions needed to support the routine operations of a facility, providing a one-stop source for quality design, operation, and maintenance by offering a truly comprehensive range of Total Facilities Management Services (TFM).

This integrated service provides clients with the advantage of a single point of contact and the freedom to concentrate on their core business in the knowledge that the operation of their facilities or installations is being capably managed by an experienced and qualified professional team. TFM targets world-class maintenance as a destination and therefore adopts Predictive Maintenance as a management, optimization and reliability improvement tool. Such commitment implies the employment of vibration monitoring, tribology, thermography, infrared, ultrasonics and other nondestructive testing methods.

Our FM business provides clients – both in-house and third parties – with the full range of services that may be required by an occupier from cleaning, catering and security to operations and maintenance of plant and equipment.

The business provides its FM services to a wide range of clients and buildings ranging from universities, government palaces and various other residential compounds.

Kharafi Nationals workshop is certified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors as meeting the quality standards of those bodies, and Kharafi National is authorised to apply the ‘S’, ‘U’, ‘PP’ and ‘R’ stamps to its products.
