The Facilities Management team at Kharafi National is skilled at analysing facility operations and in offering recommendations to improve both productivity and risk management – right from the inception of a project. This team will also undertake special projects, such as those involving an uncommon process, technique or material, or projects that must be executed within a particularly tight time-frame. Special projects usually require the provision of a wide variety of distinctive services, as well as remodelling, redesign, reconfiguring, renovation and construction works. Clients of the Facilities Management business represent a crosssection of the most prominent private and public institutions in the Middle East region.

Kharafi National’s FM business divided into two sectors:

- Institutional & Commercial Services

- Industrial Services

The Company undertakes long term classic maintenance contracts, typically to BOT projects being undertaken by Kharafi National. Classic maintenance to other BOT developers who do not have their own operating capability.
Future growth within FM business will be driven by continued efforts to accept fiduciary responsibility for protecting and prolonging the life-span of major capital investments made by clients.
